BizzTech Europe S.L. and EY Consulting Deutschland GmbH have signed a Letter of Intent at Hannover Messe 2026 to define a structured collaboration related to UkraineVerse®, BizzTech’s digital platform initiative for the reconstruction and modernization of Ukraine.
The collaboration framework includes an initial focus on a logistics MVP designed to support frontline logistics, situational awareness, and operational coordination. The scope under discussion also includes potential relevance for NATO-related use cases, subject to further review, strategic alignment, and applicable approvals.
Combining Operational Digital Twins, Agentic AI, and Programmatic Scaling Expertise
The Letter of Intent reflects a shared ambition to explore how BizzTech’s browser-based operational digital twin platform, powered by HAL·OS, BizzTech’s patent-pending agentic AI platform, can be combined with EY’s capabilities in strategy, governance, program management, financing structuring, stakeholder coordination, and scaling support.
BizzTech’s platform is designed to unify operational data across OT, IT, IoT, GIS, and BIM sources into a live, photorealistic 3D environment. This enables organizations to improve situational awareness, support faster decisions, and coordinate action with auditability.
For complex environments such as reconstruction, critical infrastructure, logistics, and defense-adjacent coordination, these capabilities may help stakeholders better visualize operations, align decision-making, and manage distributed activity in real time.
UkraineVerse®: A Digital Platform Initiative for Reconstruction and Modernization
UkraineVerse® is being positioned as a digital platform initiative focused on supporting Ukraine’s reconstruction and modernization. Under the current framework, BizzTech and EY are defining opportunities related to governance models, delivery structures, stakeholder engagement, and possible funding pathways.
A potential first operational use case is focused on frontline logistics and situational awareness, areas where live data integration, operational coordination, and secure digital twin environments may provide meaningful value.
Exploring Broader European Relevance
The Letter of Intent also provides for the exploration of whether elements of the logistics-related solution may have broader relevance for additional European countries or institutions. Any such expansion would remain subject to internal review, strategic fit, and applicable approvals.
This reflects the potential for operational digital twin and agentic AI technologies to support not only reconstruction efforts, but also wider European logistics, resilience, and coordination challenges.
Leadership Perspectives
“We see this LOI as an important milestone,” said Dirk Schmidt, CEO of BizzTech Europe. “It creates a framework to explore how BizzTech’s platform capabilities and EY’s strategic and programmatic strengths may contribute to a meaningful initiative with potential long-term relevance.”
“The Letter of Intent reflects a shared interest in defining a structured collaboration around UkraineVerse® and the logistics MVP,” said Dr. Ingo Franke, Partner, EY. “We look forward to further discussions on how the respective capabilities of both parties may contribute to this initiative.”
